Manco & Manco Pizza (“Manco & Manco,” “we,” “us”) runs mancospizza.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, book our food truck or private party room, or respond to our ads, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us
We collect the information you choose to send us through forms on our website or in our Facebook and Instagram ads:
- Food truck booking requests: name, email, phone number, organization or company, event type, event date, estimated guest count, event location or address, hours needed, and any notes you add.
- Private party room requests: name, email, phone number, event type, estimated guest count, preferred and alternate dates, start and end times, and any notes you add.
- Contact forms: name, email, the reason you’re contacting us, and your message.
- Job applications: name, email, phone number, mailing address, the positions you’re interested in, your availability, whether you’re authorized to work in the United States, work history, and the names and phone numbers of your references.
- Newsletter sign-up: the information you enter on our sign-up form, such as your name and email address.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: when you request a quote through one of our ads, Meta shares the information you submit with us, such as your name, email, phone number, event type, date, location and guest count.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and the services we use collect some information automatically, using cookies, pixels and similar tools:
- Device and usage information: your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, the links you click, and how you arrived at our site.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site. Google explains how it uses this data.
- Hotjar shows us how visitors move through and use our pages, so we can improve them. Hotjar does not collect the information you type into forms.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell us when someone who saw our ads visits our site or sends a booking request, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
- Embedded content: some pages include content from other companies, such as Google reviews (shown through Elfsight) and Google Maps. Those companies may collect information when you view that content.
You can control cookies through the cookie banner on our site and in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your questions, booking requests and quote requests
- plan and deliver your food truck event or private party
- review job applications and contact applicants
- send our email newsletter, if you signed up (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
- understand how people use our website and improve it
- measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads on Facebook and Instagram
- keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can provide that service. These include website hosting, our form and email tools, Google (Analytics and the Google Workspace tools we use to manage booking requests), HubSpot (our newsletter), Hotjar, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising). We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Your Choices
- Email: unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing info@mancospizza.com.
- Cookies: use the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings.
- Ads: adjust how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Your information: email info@mancospizza.com to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. We’ll respond as that law requires, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep booking requests, contact messages and job applications for as long as we need them to respond, deliver our services, and keep reasonable business records. Then we delete them or stop using them.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@mancospizza.com and we’ll delete it. Job applicants must meet the legal working age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
